Nice quiet room with plenty of food/bar options downstairs in the lobby. Staff were very keen to help and pleasant with it.

Room Tip: We had a corner room on the East side and it was very quiet

Room were clean, staff more than helpful. We were able to find the red free bus zone #53 from the airport. It took us to within walking distance of the hotel. I would stay there again and definately recomment it to others.

From time to time I've stayed at various airport hotels and experienced the dubious delights of indifferent staff, shabby rooms, expensive prices and uninteresting food. Now I have found a hotel that is pain-free and will be my choice in future.

Checking in on the automated terminals was easy even after driving for hours to get there and, had I hit problems there were staff present to help. My room was on the first floor, was clean, spacious and had large comfortable king sized double bed. There was fully adjustable heating/air conditioning and an easy to use TV with plenty of free to view channels.

I don't tend to eat evening meals or drink, so it was a pleasure to find there was a Costa coffee shop open and serving beverages & snacks as an alternative to the usual restaurant/bar option.

In the morning the restaurant was open early for breakfast and all the staff from the waiters/waitresses to the Chef couldn't be more pleasant or helpfull if they tried. The food itself was fresh & plentiful and the coffee was excellent. A great way to start a day - breakfast should be a pleasure - not a pain and many grander and more expensive hotels have failed with their breakfast service.

So, room at short notice - £79, Breakfast - £7.99, Car Park -£10 and cheerful staff that really help when asked. Staying anywhere else could be an expensive mistake.

We stayed here on a 18 hour layover at LHR it was a good experience. We ate dinner here, to food was good value for money. My only complaint was the bar pretty much had just lager, it would have been nice to have a "Real Ale", even a "un-real ale" would have been good. Transportation to the Terminals was simple with the Hoppa coaches.

The Bath Road Premier Inn is almost too good to be true...beautiful, spacious lobby with lively pub scene...inexpensive rooms that are spotless and efficient...double insulated windows assuring a good night's sleep...easy access via Hoppa bus...what more could you want! Add a dedicated and professional staff and you have a winner!

Room Tip: Request a room near the elevator...yes, near. The halls are VERY long and can make for quite the jo...

Stayed at this hotel recently with my wife and young son. The room was fantastic, plenty of room and excellent noise insulation as we didn't hear a thing from the airport. The staff were very attentive, particularly to our 2 year old son's needs. Very impressive lobby with excellent in house restaurant and cafe facilities. Breakfast was super, my son even enjoyed it and believe me he is fussy! Shuttle service to the Airport useful.

Room Tip: Go for the family room.

I stayed for one night at the Bath Road Premier Inn before an early morning flight. booking on their website, I got a room for £42 including booking fee. I checked in using the self service kisok which was quick and easy to use and I was allocated a room on the first floor.

The room itself was clean enough and had recently been renovated ( a few marks on the walls - but what do you expect for £40 a night !) It contained a double bed and a separate single which were comfortable. The television had free view and a startling array of channels for such a cheap hotel and the bathroom was clean and tidy.

The only grumble I had about the room itself was that the ceiling seemed to be rather thin. Couple that with the fact that I had a couple of "Elephants" in the room above me, who seemed to spend several hours stomping around and it became a little annoying after the first few hours !

The on site bars and restaurants were clean, modern and reasonably priced, although I found it difficult to understand a few of the members of staff as their accents were *extremely* strong and led to a few rather embarassed "sorries ?" on my part.

On the hole though, for the price you pay and the location which is only around a mile from terminals 1,2,3, you will be hard pushed to find anything in this price bracket. A good solid airport hotel !
