I have stayed here many times but recent changes in the hotel have seen it go downhill fast.
Suddenly finding lots of small avoidable issues such as room preferences not being considered, lack of towels. Small things but standards have been dropping.
Friendly staff was always a strong identifier for this hotel but staff are clearly not happy.
That said i have been receiving excellent service from Vicky and Zelia in the Executive Lounge.
But the hotel management are invisible and as for guest relations, well non existent. A shame as guest relations was always a strong point for this hotel.More
