“Perfect Location”

Just have had a lovely week at Bridlingto with my two dogs, wondeful weather and great apartment in a perfect location. Minutes away from the beach and town centre but still nicely tucked away. Owners really friendly and heldpful. The apartment was very comfortable, I slept really well and had everything I needed. Will be coming back next year.

If you want a value for money apartment 2 minutes walk to all amenities this is the place. Very clean with all the basics, small modern shower room, but shower is double sized so quite adequate. Comfortable lounge with large TV. We (2 couples) had a lovely 3 night stay. Kay and Geoff are very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Ther was a couple of staircases to climb to our rooms but no problem for us, but if you struggle with stairs be aware.
If there is a downside it can only be the parking as its first come first served, but thats the drawback for convenience and it was only a minor thing as we managed to park outside eventually. Take earplugs if you are easily disturbed by the seagulls, you are at the seaside after all and they are quite noisy. We have booked again for next year which says it all really.
Thanks Carole

Friendly couple run these apartments. Good, quiet location, handy for Spa theatre and only 5 minutes walk into town centre. The apartment itself was well equipped and the beds were comfy. Clean linen and towels. The decor needs updating the colours are something out of the 80s. On first glance the apartment looks clean, but a really good deep clean wouldn't go amiss, as the paintwork and doors were really grubby, not only in the apartment but in the entrance hall and stairs as well as the handrails were dirty and not nice to hold.

A genuine warm welcome to a clean, centally heated, well equipped apartment, in a great location with the Spa,beach,Town etc all on its doorstep.Would recommend Bridlington and these apartments in particular, for a good old fashioned British seaside break...We travelled with our son and Dog for a bank holiday weekend and were well impressed with Bridlington...The beach and promenade in particular are worth the visit alone..

I stayed here for 2 nights with my two boys last year, then aged 12 and 6. Lovely welcoming owner who couldn't do enough to help and a clean spacious apartment very close to all the attractions. It was superbly equipped with everything you could need and great value for money even in August! Would we return? I just booked again for June this year!!!!! I highly recommend these apartments for anyone wanting a good british holiday that wont break the bank.

Self catering accommodation you can book by the night, very useful if you only have a few days holiday. Lovely couple really down to earth.Geoff carried my case up for me which was very kind (we were on the top floor)Fully functional and well equipped kitchen. Three piece comfortable suite.table and chairs a good television. Comfortable beds. A shower that worked. All in all a home from home. Not the Ritz but we didn't pay ritz prices.Shame we didn't get to say goodbye and to thank them, dont know where they were but young son took our keys.

I stayed at the apartments Aug 8-10 inc myself, my adult daughter and 2 baby grandsons, before arrival the owners were most helpful in selecting an appt suitable for our needs etc, the owners met us on arrival they were fabulous and couldnt do enough for us v v helpfull.

The apartment we stayed in was great, spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equiped, pots pans crockery cutlery all included, it even had a washing machine!! Microwave ,TV , kettle everything you could want. Basic store cupboard ingredients cooking oil, salt etc included as is a small basket of teabags coffee sugar milk etc.

Again the owners were fabulous and arranged for a cot to be set up for us, they brought a set top box for the boys to be occupied, carried our luggage upstairs and directed us to parking ( parking is street parking so can be an issue). There are also toys and books and seaside toys to borrow and play with.

The apartments are very well situated, minutes away from the lovely beach and the Spa. The Cafe at the end of street very reasonable and good quality! Chinese takeaway in the next street also very nice! Local supermarket in next street rather expensive but upon leaving we found a tesco and a sainsburys!!! so maybe check that out beforehand if you need to buy a fair amount of food.

I cannot fault the apartments or the owners at all, well worth the price, we shall definately book again as it is ideal for the grandsons.

My only issue was the seagulls...yes i know....what do i expect at the seaside!! i did read previous remarks about seagull noise and i thought "what the heck"!! but they are extremely loud especially in the early hours...earplugs may help .this in no way reflects on the apartments and once again we enjoyed our stay. We will be booking again.

A lovely little break for us all.
