We recently stayed at the bluebell for 5 nights - what a lovely guest house. The rooms were spotless and nicely decorated the superior room is defiantly worth the little extra with it's large tv and leather settee.
Maureen and Sean were so welcoming and the breakfast was fabulous.
Will defiantly be staying there again next time we go to brid

When we heard that Linda and Trevor were no longer running the Bluebell, we were apprehensive about re-booking. However, we needn't have worried because Maureen and John are doing a first class job and made us feel most welcome. Nothing was too much trouble.

The room was spotless and tastefully furnished. It had a flat screen tv with freeview, a hairdryer and good tea & coffee making facilities which included hot chocolate, bottled water and biscuits.

There were plenty of breakfast choices: cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, brown or white toast. The cooked breakfast was excellent.

Although the Bluebell's car park was full when we arrived, parking was no problem because Maureen gave us a permit to park on the road until a space at the Blubell became available.

We loved the Bluebell's quiet location. The promenade and beach are a 2 minute walk down the road. The cliff top, town and harbour are only about a 15 minute walk.

We highly recommend the Blubell and will be returning next year.

Stayed one night here during a cycling trip. Its a really excellent seaside B&B, and great value for money.

First impressions count, and our first impression when we arrived, tired and sweaty, was of a very warm welcome ideed! Our hostess could simply not have been more helpful.

In terms of location the B&B is 50 meters from the beach and a 10 minute walk from the town centre. We had dinner at an excellent Indian restaurant called Masala. Food was great, with some dishes you rarely find at mid-priced places.

My room was small, nicely decorated, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. It had a small flat screen TV with the full range of digital channels, and good connections with the house wifi network.

Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fruit and cereals in addition to the cooked options.

Overall this is the kind of B&B you always hope to find, but often don't, and I can't recommend it strongly enough.

I had a single room that was small but more than adequate for a 3 night stay. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good with all the usual suspects on the menu and a good buffet of fresh and tinned fruit with cereals and yoghurt. Toast was hot and properly toasted! Tops available if you had room. A really good breakfast that meant I was full up for the rest of the day. I was bird watching at Bempton Cliffs and that took up all of my time - however there is a lot to do in this area if you like cliff walks, nature, birds etc and I could easily have filled a week's visit. Linda and Trevor are friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. I would recommend and return.
