One of the best B & B's I've stayed at. From the time we arrived we were made welcome by the owners. Nothing was too much for them. The rooms were very clean, and included tea/coffee making facilities, a tv that included a dvd player which if you have children would be a godsend. You can bring your own food back in an evening and use the dining room up to 11pm. If you eat small portions, please remember to mention this because my breakfast plate was piled high and of the highest quality, and didn't need anything more to eat until tea. Would recommend and if we go back to Bridlington will staying here again

Thank you for your review, glad to hear you enjoyed the breakfast, & it was sufficiant to laast all day. We are pleased that you would come back to us again, as we aim to please, if you do ask for less breakfast if you wish, I will not be offended. Many thanks again as your's & all guests reviews are what keeps us going.

Stayed at Oakwell in a family room for an overnight stay, was lovely owners very welcoming & helpful. Our family room was spotlessly clean & comfortable. Had a TV and DVD player & we found this ideal to chill with our son before bed (by watching a DVD). Tea & coffee making facilities with plenty of tea, coffeee sugar milk & biscuits. Good breakfast excellent that is cooked fresh & not kept warm. Not far from town centre & beach. Will definatly stay again Thankyou from the Hodgsons

Room Tip: I am sure any room in this B&B will be just as good & clean

Lovely hotel. B&B, Easy to find. Unfortunately, on the street that it's on, there are lots of other hotels. Very near the South beach and 15 min drive to Flamborough Head! TV'S In every room, DVD Players in every room, liked the dog! NO SWIMMING POOL/ OR FITNESS CENTRE.

Room Tip: All rooms are good.

Many thanks for your review as it means a lot to us, to know you have had a good time & everything has been there for you. We aim to please & ask if there is anything we might have forgotten, but all our guests tell us all is ok. I supose that is why we are where we are on trip advisor, due to our guest telling everyone what we are like, for this we thank you.

We hope to see you again.

Lovely family room; spotlessly clean, tea and coffee making facilities, TV and DVD player which kept the children quiet for a while.
Great breakfast. Very well located for the beaches and the town. Don't be put off by the rest of the street, it was very quiet.... apart from the seagulls!

Thank you for your comments, we are pleased that you enjoyed you stay & that all was to your satisfaction, Abe is our pet and very old (13yrs), he just loves to meet & greet people.
I am glad that Abe didn't put you off as some people dont like having a dog around. We always ask if they mind him on arrival.

Once again thank you and hope to see you again.
