Visited for the first time on NYE and i was really impressed. The food was amazing, we had tapas and paella which were really nice. Worth a visit.

A long-standing favourite of ours. Always great food, always a warm welcome, always something different on the 'specials' board to try. Feels & looks authentically Spanish

Agree with dooper! Sticky tables - always! Eek!
Less than pleasant owner...sadly! Made a complaint and was annihilated and asked not to return!
Food not as good as the reasonably local available (microwaved) la tasca! Overpriced in comparison...,only so long that 'local' will allow the current owners to operate in this way!

Had a fantastic meal last night with my wife,
Full of atmosphere, service very helpful as we asked for a little guidance re the tapas, in the end they bought us a selection, very very tasty!!
Very reasonable , would highly recommend either for a romantic meal or a group occasion,
Will be back soon..

We used to visit this restaurant regularly before we left the area so this was our first meal back there in a couple of years. We really enjoyed it. The menu is extensive but we left our choice of tapas to our very helpful server who took an idea of preferences and then served us a combination of some typical tapas with some more regional specialities. Everything from the delicious bread with garlic mayo to dessert was excellent. Hard to pick out any one dish although my husband ( a typical meat eater) loved the ratatouille with goats cheese as much as I did and we fought over the lamb stew. I finished with the traditional Creme Catalan which was a delicious take on a creme brûlée with subtle flavours of vanilla and orange. Overall the place still has a very authentic Spanish atmosphere and we left feeling like we had had supper in Spain and knowing we will be visiting again very soon.
