“Best in Stockport ”
Reviewed May 6, 2014 via mobile

Eaten here a few times and tried all the other ones but this is by far the best easily
The moment you enter you are greeted with a warm friendly atmosphere where nothing is to much trouble
The food is top notch and you won't be disappointed try the chefs speciality dishes which aren't the same boring dishes served locally

“.Poppadom Paradise at Indigo. Cumin and try it out.”
Reviewed April 20, 2014

Now what can I say about this place that hasn't been said already. Well maybe not that much but it wont be for lack of trying.
Being a Salford lad it is fair to say Romiley was not a place I had ever envisaged visiting, and with no wish to anger local residents, only the nearby Romiley Arms and train station could I ever pinpoint, should I be asked about my knowledge of the area. Thankfully I got "jiggy" with a girl from Bredbury and this is where my love affair with this particular restaurant came into play.

I was taken for my first visit to Indigo almost two years ago to the day. I used to say a curry was a curry especially as a young lad wandering in a premises "three sheets to the wind" ordering "a Kingfisher and a Madras" in a manner like I had been programmed to say so under oath.
This place offers so much more than good food.
Interior décor, cleanliness, extensive menu and most importantly for proud parents of a ten month old little boy-attentive staff.
I do not need to over elaborate about the food-it's fab.
They are more than happy to cook their wide variety of dishes to a way that suits the most awkward palate and if you cannot find something on this menu that suits, then shame on you. They offer reduced prices midweek(don't quote me on the day-poss Tues??). The management and staff always make you feel welcome and although I can empathise with one disgruntled reviewer on here about "cramming to many seats" together on busy evenings, you can't have it both ways. It tells you the place is doing well and if you wish to be seated then they are filling their obligation to the customer.
Indigo do a lot of charitable work which has to be recommended too.
I hope I have encouraged by this review many many more to visit.
Poppadom paradise, Indigo Indigo open your mouth and In-di-go.

Keep up the good work

“Brilliant. Brilliant. The best”
Reviewed April 5, 2014

I have been to this few times now, the menu has good choice and i try something diffrent everytime, food is brilliant and never disappointed. The service is ace, and always plenty of atmosphere, i recommend that you book table, because it is always full. It has won many awards and in my opinion they deserve it, it is the best, and would recommend to everyone.

“Consistently Nice meals”
Reviewed March 6, 2014

Visited lasted Sunday and yet again had a nice meal. Service is always good, atmosphere is pleasant and when ever we visit they tend to be busy so book at weekends to guarantee a table.

The food is always of a good standard, tend to have different curries every visit and always very nice.

Price wise I think they are very good value, admittedly we are not drinkers so are bill is pretty reasonable.

Would always recommend this restaurant, worth a trip.
