From entering the restaurant and getting a warm welcome from Wasim, the owner; to getting the very reasonable final bill, the whole evening was a pleasure. The food is authentic - not British/Asian - and no tomato soup flavouring in sight! Everything we had to eat was full of subtle flavour and light on ghee and grease: a feast for the taste-buds. This is one of the best Asian restaurants I have eaten in in England, and we always make a point of eating here if we're in Oldham. Try to find one of the car parks behind the restaurant to use whilst the current work on the tramlines is ongoing: the meal you have will far outweigh the slight inconvenience you might experience. Not to be missed if nearby.
