Good location and facilities, not too noisy. Staff are friendly, could have had more on check out but they were great on check in. didnt try thyme restaurant and costa coffee but would do if had time.

Hi Alison P, Thanks for leaving your feedback. I’m glad that Premier Inn Bury met the requirements of your stay and hopefully we will be welcoming you back soon. Unfortunately you didn’t get to try our Thyme restaurant but maybe next ‘thyme’.

Many thanks

Very happy with rooms, cleanest I have stayed in and maintained throughout our stay. Staff were wonderful and always ready with a smile. Location for what we needed it for could have been better but that was our fault not hotel and i was unimpressed with paying for parking (even with £1 discount) should be free in my eyes to make experience better. Costa coffee machine available . Didn't try food (thought I was a tad expensive) Staff were smiley even when we were going out for day at 4am (ironman triathlon)....overall happy but do think if you book 2 days then call to add another day, a little discount wouldn't go a miss. Best nights sleep EVER, even my 2 kids agree.

Hi mcguiness78, Thank you for taking time to leave feedback on your stay. I am pleased to hear that the cleanliness standards in our rooms met if not exceeded your expectations. Its always fantastic to hear that someone had the ‘best nights sleep ever’, which will have been very important if you were competing in the Ironman challenge. We look forward to seeing you again if you are visiting Bury.

Many thanks

If you arrive by Metrolink tram, you go up the escalator or lift, turn left by station supervisor office, there's an exit proceed forward down the ramp turn left through the tunnel as you exit the entance is now forward of you. If you arrive at the bus station just cross the road to Metrolink.
We booked in for three nights costing £87:00 in late July, which represents excellent value. The staff made us most welcombe. When we arrive on the fifth floor and open the door, we had a huge room, and bathroom it was spotless. I know you see it in the advertisment that it is a comfortable bed and that it was, and those cosy pillows. We didn't have evening meal there so can't comment, but we had three breakfasts and it was up to standard for a bugget hotel and again was good value. You must be thinking there must be something wrong with this hotel, well there might be one for some people, on one side of the hotel, below is the tram station, and the sound of the trams leaving the station could best be discribe as rolling in thunder. I was on this side of the hotel and it didn't stop us from sleeping with the window open in that heat, you also get the best views from that side of the hotel. Once again I would like to mention the friendly helpful staff at the Bury hotel. Premier inns should be proud of them. Would I stay here again yes,
Why stay in Manchester and pay three times as much when it is only a bus or tram ride away

Just spent 2 nights at the premier inn Bury - 25 &26 July 2013. From start to finish the staff were friendly, helpful and very informative. They couldn't do enough for our overall party of 11 who were staying there for a wedding nearby. The evening meal together with the breakfast (all you can eat) was excellent. We would recommend this hotel and if the opportunity presented itself we would stay there again.

This is by far the best basic hotel - You are visiting family- you need a room to sleep after the celebrations- staff are there but not intrusive - very friendly, but that's the North(Bury) for you.
Room - exceptionally clean , happy about that The bed is very comfortable and a good size, the linen cool and soft - nothing silly or tricky next morning with the shower either. Overall - excellent accommodation for the price bracket. If you ask at reception you get a discount for car parking as well.

Stayed with friends on a Sat night. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the young guy at check in. Interior was very clean, modern and comfy. Rooms were great, and we all had a great sleep. The carpark is a stones through away and its only £6 for a 24hr period which we thought we great value. The location of the hotel is perfect, as its right in the city centre. Everything is within walking distance. For £52 a night for the room we thought it was excellent value. It also had a nice bar which is handy for a pre going out drink!
