Relax. Let Go. Unwind - that's what it says on their website, and four girlfriends and I did just that. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived for our Mini Spa Indulgence, and unlike larger spas that I have visited there was never an sense of urgency for us to move on to the next stage of our visit. Sipping champagne in the hydro-spa gave us chance to catch up and unwind, before we experienced the pleasures of the salt body polish and organic mud treatment followed by the steam room. Lunch, which was included, had a Morroccan theme and was delicious. I upgraded my treatment to a hot stone body massage which was lovely. That night I slept better than I have in months, so thank you.

Had a morning here with the girls as part of a birthday celebration and it was lovely. Started with Buck's Fizz in the hydro spa which was lovely and then had back neck and shoulder massages which all of us thought were one of the best treatments we've had. All the staff are friendly and we were made to feel very welcome, thanks for a lovely morning

Stayed at the Pool House Retreat and booked a 'couples spa experience' with my wife for her 30th. Amazing experience, the salt and mud scrubs were truly fantastic. The service of the staff was exceptional and the 'hero & godess massage' was simply devine. Highly recommend for any sort of girly treat

This is the third year of the festival and so far the best,if you enjoy bands from the sixties, seventies and eighties it is perfect, big name's as well ,like The MOVE,Mungo Jerry,Alvin Stardust to name just a few,if you don't mind the mud and the rain and want to see professional muscians then head for the 2013 Upton Music Festival
