“A Super Inexpensive Hotel.”
Reviewed January 21, 2013

A super hotel, which I would recommend to anyone. There was a crowd of us (family) all gathered for a family birthday, which we were celebrating at The Brasserie Restaurant, located nearby. The room was spotlessly clean , beds very comfortable.

Avril greeted us at reception on the Saturday afternoon, she was so friendly & very helpful. Saturday evening, she served us with drinks before we went on to the restaurant, & the following morning she was there again to serve us our breakfast. That young lady is an asset to the company, nothing was too much trouble.

As for the breakfast , plenty to choose from, & all freshly cooked to order.

Only a one night stay, but the whole experience was very positive.

Just remember to make sure you buy a parking ticket

Stayed at this hotel while attending a training event. Very well maintained, comfortable, quiet, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Room was spotless and simply a no fuss place to sleep. Plenty of desk space and well located sockets.

Although I did not eat in the hotel, the menu looked very good.

Be aware parking is chargeable and can cost up to £10 for the day. Fortunately I was away, but had to pay £1 to cover the parking up to 6:30pm.

Stayed here while on a business trip, room was clean, warm and spacious, lovely and quite at night, lots of plug sockets in the room and good desk for working at. Staff were super friendly and couldn't be more accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and really great value for money. Would stay again!...

We were staying in this hotel over the Christmas period for bed and breakfast, and we were very pleased with it. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was very nice with a wide variety to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a lovely situation in an old mill. This is a great value for money and it was very nice here.

Room Tip: We only stayed for 2 nights with inter-connecting rooms, but I should think that all the rooms were...

We stayed here as a base for a visit to the West Midland Safari Park, we even bought our tickets (at a small discount) direct from the hotel. The hotel is only small by Premier Inn standards which added to the atmosphere and the staff where excellent. The hotel is in a converted mill so has lots more character than you standard modular mass produced hotels room you sometimes get with Premier Inn. My girls ( 6 & & 7) thought this place was fab and said that they liked “luxury hotels”.

I don't often review but this place and the staff were exceptional during our one night stay 30th December 2012 so I must record my thanks.
We visited the Severn Valley Railway and the location of the Premier Inn is fine for this. The place only opened 9 months ago and the standard of finish in this converted Mill is superb.
The staff were the crowning glory. I have stayed in hotels costing seven time more than this and not had the pleasant service that I received here.
Breakfast was excellent. I hope the management appreciate their staff and keep up the high standards.
