“Excellent Service and Helpful Staff”
Reviewed September 24, 2012

Warmest welcome I've ever had at a hotel, staff were really nice and so helpful.

I stayed here for 1 night while working away. The car park is private, which did confuse me prior to arriving, however its easily explained once you arrive. Basically from 18.30 to 08.30 its free, however any time bought can be carried over, so there is no need to rush in the morning.

I left early but the night before I asked if I could have a takeway veggie sausage sandwich, which was ready by 06.40! Great service.

The hotel has only been open since March 2012 and I found the room and shower to be more than adequate. The food in the restaurant was excellent value and once again the service was excellent.

I would like to return to explore the area and I would look to stay here again.

Stopped over for a wedding arrived with my partner and 2 my children check in put in room 19 found out it has a joining door in the room to room 21 but it was locked thats not the problem it helps noise in to the room you can hear neighbours children screaming running about. Hear tv talking swearing from other guests its that loud its like its in the same room. Rooms look fab but didnt help having that door in the room didnt get offered to move to another room but did get my money back for both nights. Never again going to stop there i need sleep no noise from loud guests. I would not recommend this place to any one if you love sleep

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay as the location was within ten minutes drive of my early morning destination the next day. The location on a shopping park was a bit worrying but the parking was fine, not too expensive and the site was fairly quiet. Would stay again.

Room Tip: All rooms are off the ground floor and noise was not a problem. Parking was fine requiring a pound t...

Newish Premier zinn sited on the top floors of an old mill building. Rooms are furnished to the usual PI standards but be aware shower only. Although in town centre little noise from outside. Well located for visiting surrounding area including Severn Valley Railway and Ironbridge museums. Be aware you have to pay for the car park during the day.

Well I don't need to say much about Premier Inns the formula is well known...stayed on a Friday night for £29; incredible value for money. The hotel is new and the rooms are immaculate. The whole place is incredibly clean too. Clear instructions are provided in advance about the parking and the reception which are very straight forward. On arrival we were escorted to our room so that the receptionist could check that there were enough towels and we had all we need.....amazing in a budget hotel. Breakfast was typical Premier Inn but nicely cooked fresh eggs and again outstanding service. Well done Kidderminster Premier Inn....( easy to get to for Ludlow by the way with all the lovely food events and the eye watering overnight hotel prices)

We stayed on a Sunday night for £19. ' Eat as much as you like' breakfast at £8.25 was freshly cooked, what a fantastic bargain. Car Park is free fom 6.30pm to 8am. The unused time is carried over to the following morning, so no need to scramble to feed the meter early moring.- Staff were most friendly and helpful. Buiding has been thoughtfully converted and rooms comfortable with full facilities. We thought Kidderminster was not well signposted and on a Sunday afternoon the traffic was horrendous. The turning for the hotel is not easy to find, if you find yourself in the Matalan car park you have missed the turning. We understand that the hotel had opened a few months ago and not all the locals know about it. If you have to ask for directions, better to say it is near M & S.

We had a very pleasant stay and the check-in process was very efficient. Breakfast was good quality and value for money.

The hotel looks very new and the room was clean and spacious. It's located in the centre of town with plenty of public parking (GBP 10 per day).

Chris was especially helpful.

Overall a great stay and we would happily book again.
