“TERRIBLE”
Reviewed October 19, 2012

bar man was surly, wine glass had to be replaced because it was dirtyood arrived on starter plates so portions were extra small i had fish and chips i didnt want either of the pea options but was not offered another veg optionthe chips were rubbery and had obviously been kept warm for at least a couple of hours
my daughters both had full breakfasts that were ok
6-30 on a thursday evening not even that busy serving staff were good
no excuse for bad food and small plates price for fish and chips was far too expensive for the amount of food
wont ever be going back eventhough we drive past most days

“Excellent value for money!”
Reviewed October 1, 2012

We visited today and had a lovely meal, we chose the option of a 2 course meal for under £5 and because there was 2 of us, we decided to order one starter and one pudding and share them, my husband had the plaice and chips with mushy peas and I had a chicken breast with bacon and cheese, chips and salad, really good value for money. The waitress was very pleasant and even split our starter into two (bless her) and then provided two spoons for the desert, we both had coffee which was bought to the table and the total of the bill was only just over £10. We have visited this pub in the past and always go there when we visit Kidderminster.

“Easy food”
Reviewed August 8, 2012

Good value, staff are polite, there is an outdoor area and a play area for children. We have eaten here a few times and only ever had to send one meal back due to it being burned, every other time food has been spot on.

“Uniform fayre”
Reviewed July 12, 2012

Very frequent flyer at this pub for food as it is just around the corner. Staff friendly and accommodating of wheelchair. Similar/same menu as Park Gate et al, but a wee bit cheaper. I get a bit board by the same-y menu and specials board, but kids like Chicken Tikka and Grandma likes the Beer-Battered cod. Fajitas - not really a meal, just a snack. Salads fair - straight from a bag I suspect? Order & pay at the bar is a bit old fashioned/untrusting but you can run up a tab with a credit card swipe. Sunday carvery is disappointing - plenty of better quality/offers around. Can get very busy at peak times with retirees mixing with workers at the bar/smoking outside.

“a sure favourite with us”
Reviewed June 21, 2012

frequent eaters at the Three Crowns, especially in the warmer weather with their lovely garden and little play area. Varied menu with something for everyone's tastes. Lots of excellent deals on meals at lunch times and during the evening. Not being a drinker, can't comment on the beers etc, but am reliably informed by the hubby that it "is a good pint". Friendly staff. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed, well, we never have been.
