Booked earlier in the day for that evening. Sat 13th April.
I have dined here on previous occasions both in the bar and in the restaurant so thought I knew what standard to expect.
The restaurant menu seems to have been replaced with what is basically "bar "food, and not particulary well done.
The starter , Anti Pasta was bornig to the taste and the olives ,which were tasty, were not served de stoned.
I orderd fillet steak for the main, which I would question , as when it arrived appeared to be FLAT,
and tasteless . The succulent , thick tasty peice of fillet , it certainly was not.
Will I visit again for food ? No !
Would I visit for a drink ? Yes.
I will be taking my dining custom elswhere, probably The Granary!
