I've eaten at this restaurant numerous times. The place is small so if you don't want to wait, enjoy an "early-bird" dinner before 6 PM. Dinners are made to order so if you're in a hurry go somewhere else. Food is served attractively and the specials have always been delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Nap's is now run by the third generation of a local Italian family. Chef Nick has added his own flavor to the restaurant, backed up by his culinary studies in Italy. I've never had a better steak. Period. That said, it's hard for me to decide when to splurge for the steak and give up the delicious and creative pasta offerings! They make an AMAZING white sauce. In the summer, when the local vegetables are available, they make a delicious sauce called "Morito" with fresh mozzarella and banana peppers. In winter, try the bolognese or Sabatini sauces. The staff works as a team to provide excellent and attentive service-- but food is cooked to order, so plan to spend a little time-- it will be well worth it!

This is my second favorite place to eat in Indiana. The food quality is wonderful, however the prices are high. Make sure you go early on Tuesday's because pizza night is a hit in this small restaurant. Its not just any ordinary pizza--we have lots of those in Indiana.

Each year this restaurant features a 7 Fishes dinner during December prior to Christmas. This year 2014 will be our third. Last years outdid year one. There are seven seafood courses plus dessert and accompanying wines. Every course is prepared in the open kitchen by the chef and his assistants. If you are fortunate enough to be seated close to the kitchen it is truly amazing to watch. Every course arrives perfectly. The menu is very original with a wide selection of fish and shellfish cooked to bring out unique flavors for every dish.

While this dinner is their yearly highlight every dinner every evening is prepared to order and is outstanding. Do not stop here if you need to hurry. The wait is well worth the time.

When we walked in, they acted like they didn't want us there. They had reservations for certain tables and acted like we were bothering them to eat there.
They handed us menus and when I asked what the specials were, the waiter said a bunch of stuff, with no prices. They really need a daily special sheet included with the menu so people can understand the very long list of specials because the waiters act annoyed when you ask questions. The drinks were flat tasting, and the bread was the normal bread you get at any Italian restaurant. The House salad was lettuce with olive oil and pepper, They must have forgot the vinegar that day or forgot to mix the dressing. The pasta was pasta,Nothing more. The cheese and meat tray was not great, cheese tasted old, so I didn't eat the meat. There was one great waitress, sorry I didn't see her name who was very friendly. After we paid almost $100.00 for dinner, we left the restaurant hungry and annoyed. We will never go to Nap's Cucina Mia again and will not recommend.
