I love the chicken lasagna. It's made to order in a baking dish, so be patient. It's excellent. Waitress says you won't eat all that, but I do every time. I love this place. Specialty pizzas are great too! I like their grilled chicken salads too, be warned- they are very big! Can be busy at lunch time, esp. when college (IUP) is back in session. Service is always good- a lot of college age kids working that really hustle and are friendly.

I frequently visit Romeos while at school and it is always good! The menu is huge, with a great selection of items. The service is always friendly. The pizza is awesome, my favorite in Indiana. But my favorite part is the brownie sundae! Save room for dessert!

I like this place, but it frustrates me. I've been eating at and ordering takeout from Romeo's since it opened a few years ago. The menu is huge and promises a lot, including loads of great vegetarian options. The appetizers, soups, sandwiches, gourmet pizzas, salads and pastas are often very good. Except when they're not. It must depend on who's cooking. But the mark of a really good restaurant is consistency, and Romeo's just doesn't have it. I absolutely love their red lentil soup, which is creamy and delicious. Sometimes, though, it's thin and not all that remarkable in flavor. If there's one recipe for this soup du jour, then I have to ask, why the inconsistency? They also have some weird rules, for example, if you place a takeout order, you can't order the slice of the day, which has to be ordered at the counter when you come to pick up your food. Then you have to wait an additional 10-15 min for the slice to be heated, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead in the first place. I'll go back to Romeo's because there just aren't that many great restaurant choices in Indiana, and because sometime they do get it right.

Love the roasted veggie pizza and the cannellini beans & greens. We always stop in at Romeo's when visiting Indiana, Pa.

there's more at Romeo's than pizza. The entries are well prepared, delicious and more than ample. Two of us often order a pizza and a salad and split each of them and end up bringing some of the pizza home for another time. Romeo's is small but some how manages to move people through in a timely and comfortable manner. Parking can be a little daunting as there appears only to be a few spaces in front of the restaurant but a person can also park on the edge of the Taco Bell parking lot next door.
