We arrived Sunday afternoon and the hotel was very busy with guests enjoying lunch. The
Receptionist escorted us to our room through the Library and bar mostly full of people having coffee.
Our room no 9 was delightful. New bathroom and well laid out with everything you could want.
Dinner was exceptional, muse bouche, starter, main course, chef's pre pud course and a pudding. They were all delightful.
The service in the restaurant was also exceptional. All staff were so good at their job.
Breakfast was equally nice and so well presented. Staff again brilliant!
Checkout was without incident and we had a lovely chat with Emma before we left.
We would love to return to this delightful hotel.

A 70th birthday celebration and a single night's stopover at this delightful place is worthy of note. Service, the manner of the staff, the setting, food and the quality of Brockencote are worth of note. England at it's very best. Our large & spacious bedroom overlooked pastureland, the sun shone and all was well with the world.

Easy walking and strolling countryside on the doorstep. An added extra for us was the 0700 birthing ceremony of two newborn lambs right outside our window.

I'd certainly go again. £150 per night (deals online for £131 - maybe worth a look)

Room Tip: A sunny, spacious corner room with views overlooking the pastures

Set in glorious countryside Brockencote Hall is one of the hidden gems of Worcestershire with superb service and food at a truly wonderful location.

The public rooms are excellent and dinning is a real treat with private rooms available and superb quality of food and service.

As said by someone else High Tea is easily as good as the Ritz and at a fairer price too.

Well worth the visit.

Stayed one night here. The rooms are beautiful, lovely views as well. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. Little extras such as molten brown products in the bathroom make it more special and luxurious. We had both an evening meal and breakfast here, and my daughter 11 months at the time was provided for well. Dietary needs are also well catered for. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Well, many thanks to the team who managed to provide us with a high tea for three of us which, due to confusion, had not been pre booked.
I remember this hotel from some years before and the decor used to cause me great angst. I always felt it could look so much better. AND by jove does it! It has been refurbished to A VERY HIGH STANDARD AND LOOKS STUNNING!
The staff were delightful.
Just wish I was staying for the week!
The location is lovely, on the edge of the lovely village of Chaddsley Corbet.
There are sheep grazing in the extensive grounds. A very pretty setting!
