I am a huge fan of new Brighton and have been going to caffe cream since it opened. Customer service has gone downhill in the past month or so. Not many smiles from the ice cream servers, some huffs and puffs at people's inability to choose from 20 flavours in a split second. Why not write the flavours on a board on the wall? This is based on customer service I have received recently and that witnessed as an onlooker. Shame too as it has taken the shine off the place for me.
