Went for an evening meal on a Friday night. We reserved a table and asked for a window seat (which we didn't get but was not that bothered as I was told it couldn't be guaranteed). I found the interior to be a bit dull, mostly because the fantastic view of the river is mostly blocked out by tacky stickers, furniture and even the till (well at least the staff members have a nice view). The girl waitress assigned to us gave the impression she really didn't want to be there. She also made mistake after mistake, it was a calamity of errors. The food was very average and I'm probably being generous. The main meal looked like something heated up in a microwave. At the end of the meal the waitress spouted all the usual scripted cliches so she could get a tip but she didn't get a penny. Anyhow never again would I wast my time and money here.

Visited here with family. The food was cold and some of it not cooked properly. The coleslaw looked like it had been sitting in the open air for a week. The manager blamed it on staff shortages. Emailed the head office and the refunded £40. Of my money. Just don't bother.

As above, the food here is gorgeous, but the portions are just a little on the tiny side, I would probably go as far as saying they would be more suited to kids meals!

It's not very cheap here either, either larger portions needed or lower prices!
Very poor for drinks also, only two lagers available, both of which contained fish, and they weren't cheap either!

Staff were friendly and even asked to take our jackets, but unfortunately won't be visiting here again.

Worth a try, though!

Went on a Saturday night so restaurant was full - our prebooked table was ready though.

Service was great to start with although there was a bit of a wait in clearing our dinner plates and then a 10min wait for a card reader to appear to pay our bill. Frustrating end to an otherwise exemplary service.

Food is nice and arrived quickly. Price... Hmmmm... Everything is about a £1 more than it should be. Nachos poor value (£1 extra for cheese?!) but chicken wings and fajitas great. Everything tasty but don't expect mountains of food.

Really good atmosphere and staff were friendly. Will go back.
