“Delightful little village”
Reviewed March 29, 2013

An unspoilt village giving a taste of what life was like in rural England years ago. On a cold snowy day, we were surprised at how many tourists there were - definitely need to park at the top of the hill, as very limited space in the village itself.

“Beautiful Cotswolds village!”
Reviewed March 28, 2013 via mobile

This place is gorgeous. Quiet, quaint, and relaxing. The center square is really cool and the church/graveyard is amazing. It has a lot of history too. Most people don't remember to see the old bridge that is supposedly haunted with the ghost of an old solider. I didn't see the ghost...but maybe you will! If you want to visit a pretty village in the Cotswolds, than this is definatley the one to see!

Delightful village, untouched by modern day developments, in typical Cotswold stone, with stream running through. A perfect film/photographers location.

We stayed over for the night and the village is absolutely beautiful. Don't plan to spend more than one night, but it's definitely worth going if you're in the area - it's stunning!

“Charming old village”
Reviewed March 8, 2013

Character charm and cottages. I often walk to Castle Combe, meander through the village, sit a while in the church, have coffee (outside if the sun shines) Lovely in October - April, heaving with Japanese tourists and others in summer!
