Re-opened after being a sandwich shop and frozen food shop!
Service is a bit lacking. I don't like that you have to stand and queue to order food. I believe in a cafe you should be able to sit and browse the menu and have waitress service. I think because it was a take-away sandwich shop the majority of customers are still take-aways so you can spend ages queing just to place an order for a coffee!. On the many times I have been here the lattes were never warm enough. Food is pricey for what you get. Feel they are trying to be something they're not and should remember they are not in the centre of Leeds but Mirfield and people do not want to pay Leeds prices! £4.00 for a sandwich in a small regular sized tea-cake is excessive to say the least!
I think also on observing the staff, they seem unable to cope in busy times! Think the menu is so extensive they haven't a clue how much anything is and because of all the different choices (which is good) and the different prices for everything they are looking at the menu constantly which increases your quieing time for ordering.
I would suggest they introuduce a waitress service for people dining in and then there would only be a queue for the take aways.
