I arrived way before check in time and the manager said he would do his best to have my room ready in an hour. Dropped my bag off and went for a walk and the room was ready in less than an hour. The staff is very friendly and helpful too.

It is located right by the main church in town and a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and bars in town. I don't think there is a bad location in town.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. They do include breakfast with the room and it is a typical Nicaraguan breakfast with rice, beans and eggs - along with fruit an coffee.

Overall a nice place.

Very central and practical location in San Juan del Sur. The facility is quite simple and honestly it does not translate to the value the price suggests. After asking around you will soon discover that the prices in San Juan del Sur are very inflated so do not expect good return on your accommodation costs. However, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice.

The hotel is very clean, the wifi is fast and free and the Hotel management, particularly Jorge, is beyond expectations.

The rooms are neat and tidy, the coffee and breakfast was absolutely wonderful.

My son and I enjoyed a peaceful evening, and in the morning we went upstairs to a tranquil room to enjoy breakfast, and people watching...

The bustling city sights included a horse-drawn vegetable cart vendor trotting by, a local coconut vendor selling coconuts and opening them with an impressive technique using a machete with the precision of a television entertainment chef.

The staff is extremely respectful, and patient... If visiting this charming beach-side town, I highly recommend staying at Hotel Encanto del Sur!

Room tip: Enjoy the sunset, and people watching from the 3rd floor!! It is a very entertaining experience!

Lovely place to stay, very friendly staff and good value for money. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were cleaned well, water lost power a few times but great other than that. Nice and peaceful chilled vibe
