My friends and I had a good deal here with breakfast included. The hotel is very beautiful with the victorian style, adding up it was really quiet with modern comfortable big rooms. Has a really good location in front of the beach with a parking lot outside the hotel. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the pool that is located towards the beach.

We had nice comfortable and spacy rooms in the hotel but during the whole day (from 0600 am till 24.00 hrs). their was enourmous noice - music from the neighbours (sandinista headquarters) as they were celebrating the revolution with huge musicboxes on the street. Result almost no sleeping .We stayed in the hotel to have some rest after 3 weeks travelling through Nicaragua which is a beautiful country .

We regret that your stay was not at all pleasant, there are external noises that make us difficult to control as we have mentioned, however we have already exposed this matter to the competent authorities so that our customers really enjoy the rest and the Tranquility It has characterized us over the years.

The hotel was fine. Not as updated at the pictures suggest, but good location, nice staff, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was good but had limited options to choose from including pancakes (which my son loved), french toast (that I really liked), traditional Tico style breakfast, American style and a couple other options. Fruit and toast was also included. The location of the hotel is very good and the views from the restaurant were amazing. The location is just around the corner from all the hustle and bustle, but easy to access if you choose to do so. Lots of restaurants across the way on the beach and a good little Mexican restaurant at the hostel a few doors down. The town seems to be overrun by backpackers staying in hostels. This hotel was definitely a step up form the hostel feel and vibe.

This Hotel is really close to town and right at the south end of town, so you can easily walk to everywhere. It is not too noisy though because it is detached from they busyness of the nightlife on the north side of town. The building has nostalgia, because it was built a long time ago and in a unique victorian fashion. There is a pool out front and a central open-air courtyard inside

Without a doubt, one of our strengths is the location that allows guests to enjoy the city center to fullness.

This place old is an understatement..Pretty negative review , Room , so musky we had to open door to lobby to ventilate pretty hard to breath.Stains on lamp shades ,knobs miss off nightstand . Terrible room placement right by the kitchen , so let's say youear dishes banging all the time ,public washroom across room endless noise . Best part Your probably not going to sleep much As the neighboring Casino music is ridiculous. The Bass just pounds.all night Your best bet is to stay away from the town stay farther out as this town is dirty and you won't be swimming there anyway as the sewer flows right into the Beach..Price is crazy high for a 2 star hotel..
