What more can I say. It was OK and served a purpose. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing exciting about it either. Room was clean and the service was acceptable. Within easy driving distance of anything in Hershey. Complementary breakfast was not exciting. Wouldn't rule out a return visit, but for just a few dollars more you can probably get more.More

Impromptu trip to Hershey for new years eve led to overnight stay at Holiday Inn Express.
Location is ideal for restaurants, local attractions and under 5 minutes to Hershey Park.
Terrific price, attentive and friendly service and an impressive free breakfast made the trip that much better!

This motel was nice and clean. The room was kinda on the small side, but ok. The bathroom was nice. The breakfast area was really good. Lots of choices. Make your own pancakes. It also had bacon and cinnamon rolls. The hot tub was really nice. Location was good to HersheyPark.

This is the third or fourth time my family has stayed here. We stay here before moving to the Hershey Lodge for the New Year festivities there for the kids. Staff is friendly and efficient, the breakfast is not bad for a free deal. The pool is great for the kids. The staff said the hotel will be going under a major renovation in the lobby and pool area. While the rooms are clean, I would definitely recommend a good cleaning around the soap and spigot fixtures in the bathroom. There was mold in those areas, a good spray and scrub with tiles would do the trick there.

The hotels location was great...right off the highway and they have a nice pool and gym. One staff member stood out from the rest, the front desk agent Laurie. She was so friendly, so accommodating and helped me tremendously. I was traveling alone with a newborn and a 2 year old. Super difficult and I had many questions and requests. I only dealt with Laurie because she seemed to genuinely care. I travel often and usually spend top dollar because I have the kids and pay for good service. At Holiday Inn Express Hershey. I received 5 star treatment at an affordable price. Thanks again! Merry Christmas :)
We had to stay there due to a family emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful. It does have a free breakfast which varied on certain days. There are washers and dryers on the lower level which came in handy since we were there for awhile. The location is central to a variety of fast food rest.. In a pinch they all came in handy. All rest. were basically across the street. Week-ends were crowded with family's due to Hershey Park being very close by.
