We had to stay there due to a family emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful. It does have a free breakfast which varied on certain days. There are washers and dryers on the lower level which came in handy since we were there for awhile. The location is central to a variety of fast food rest.. In a pinch they all came in handy. All rest. were basically across the street. Week-ends were crowded with family's due to Hershey Park being very close by.

Nice people, clean hotel
The hotel gives a special discounted rate for patients and families of Hershey Medical Center if you let them know. Close to the medical center, restaurants nearby. People were pleasant and helpful.
Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Hershey Park. Hotel was nice and close to the parks (about 2 miles), had some shops with a gas station and places to eat right across the street. The outlets were only a few minutes away as well.
Our room was comfortable and clean, which is what matters most when travelling.
There was breakfast every morning and one morning we slept in and were happy to learn that breakfast that day was open until Noon. A little disappointed that there were no more pancakes but otherwise breakfast was good.
All in all, we had a good stay and would choose this hotel again if we are back in the area.

I stayed with a group of friends for a weekend in Hershey and this hotel was perfect. We booked through Expedia, who gave us a problem when we needed to switch the date of our reservation. Jolene at the front desk was a serious problem solver and sorted out all of our Expedia issues. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room and whole place was clean, and the breakfast was varied the two mornings we were there. We couldn't have asked for more. I'm definitely staying here again if I find myself in the area, but I will book with the hotel directly. :)

We often stay at the holiday inn express chain and this location did not disappoint. It was quiet and the location near the Hershey attractions was very convenient. The desk staff was welcoming and also helpful.

Stopped here on way home from a Penn State game for an overnight. Staff was very friendly, room was clean & modern. Breakfast until noon on the weekends was great for us. It also is very close to hershey park less than 5 minutes.
