Made a reservation at the Hotel Wayne - 1202 Bistro is off the lobby. Large and comfortable dining in a 185 year old hotel with food prepared by a CIA trained chef was not what we expected. Food was great and had a nice twists in preparation - try the Chicken Napoleon if it's on the specials. Staff was a little slow on getting to us but were very apologetic for the delay. Our drinks came to us on the house with the manager's apology. All in all - A+ for atmosphere, attitude and authenticity.
