We made mistake of going on a Saturday afternoon. Won't do that again. It took almost and hour and a half to get food. I understand things are busy, but really?! Sushi doesn't take that long and neither does hibachi. And we were seated the whole time, not even waiting for a table. When we spoke with the manager, he was very apologetic and empathetic, which we appreciated, but the food didn't come any faster. When we actually got the food, it was cold, but the flavor was at least good.

It took our Waitress 15 minutes to come to our table. Almost just as long to bring our drinks. The Chef was great, but cooked our food prior to us getting our salad/soup and Sushi which took a half hour to arrive. Sushi was good. Food was just OK and for that, I'll never go back For the money, Go to Ichiban in Robinson.

The sushi was as expected, however having never been to this restaurant it would've been nice to have some assistance. The hostess admitted she wasn't from the area and didn't know if items on the menu were good.

We stood reading menus in the doorway for a good 7 minutes until I finally asked if we are suppose to seat ourself at the sushi bar, and she said yes and pointed to where it was located. Other than that, it's in a good location with a fair variety of rolls. My only complaint about the food is that asparagus would've helped the rolls flavor come out more, as the cucumber was overpowering.

I'm almost afraid to tell everyone how great this place has become. When it first opened it was mediocre and inconsistent. After initial growing pains as most new establishments have, it has become a great place not only for hibachi, but the sushi is equally as great. We love this place and make it a regular dining spot with friends and family.
