Booked a night through Priceline.com and was very pleased with the Hotel. Basic room, but very clean and the staff was friendly at all times. The biggest surprise was the bed, extremely comfortable. Only negative, the curtains in the room did close all the way. For the price would not hesitate to stay again.

We arrived late at night on June 10. The desk personnel were gracious and friendly in handling our request. The room we had was wonderful. They also provided us with a pizza coupon to order delivery. Check-out the next morning was fast and efficient.

Good hotel. The manager went out of his way to help us when we needed milk for the baby, he opened up the cafeteria to get us some milk during off hours. Front office staff was great. Average breakfast. Small but good enough for 2 nights stay.

I was a bit concerned by the negative reviews for this property. However, accumulation of BestWestern reward points and the need to stay overnight in Hershey convinced us to try this hotel. Bottom line: I'm glad we did! The negative writers must have been describing a different hotel than the Hershey BestWestern we stayed at. Our hotel room was CLEAN -- no dirt, no vagrant hairs, no unpleasant odors. The beds were entirely comfortable and gave us an excellant night's rest. I particularly liked two room features. A large rotating mirror, with both regular and magnifying sides, was hung beside the sink. Excellent for makeup and hair. Also, the shower head was extra-large and had great pressure, so we didn't have to deal with only a trickle of water.
The breakfast room was adequate in size and offered the standards of cereal, eggs, waffles, pastries, English muffins, etc. It was exactly what we wanted for an "eat and go". Finally, the staff at both checkin and checkout were friendly and professional -- both in manner and appearance. They gave the impression that they actually enjoyed being at work.
Rather than just rely on others' impressions, I'm glad we decided to give this hotel a first-hand visit and make our own judgments on its quality.

We were booked into this hotel by an online service twice in the weeks preceding Christmas, and found that the complaints in many reviews here were, well, unfounded.

Rooms? Clean. Staff? Courteous and professional. And the price was right.

We stayed in different rooms on different floors and again, noticed none of the issues claimed here. I believe anyone who had a bad time here either expected too much, or was the exception rather than the rule for this hotel.
