Two for Tuesday savings for those on a budget. And even our teenage daughters enjoyed the self guided tour of the past!
Well knowledge staff was super friendly. We especially enjoyed the British Motorcycle exhibit.

The vehicles were beautiful and had great descriptions and stories with them. It was neat seeing the bus that was used in Forrest Gump.

We had a few hours to kill so decided to check out the auto museum. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere. The museum was great!! The cars are organized in historical order and lots of great unique things to see. They also have a whole floor dedicated to vintage buses. Very cool small train room and vintage diner replica. We had so much more fun than we expected and would highly recommend. Can easily be done in an hour

This is a good place to look at unique antique cars. I'm not a gearhead but this still interested me. We went around Christmas and the displays were nice. Very cool to see some historical cars and cars that were in movies or belonged to celebrities. Our favorite stop of course was to take pictures with the kissmobile outside! Definitely worth the time to check out.

Really enjoyed our visit. We intended to kill some time here and at the end of our visit realised we had a great time. The museum is primarily organised chronologically and they do a great job telling the story of the development of the automobile in the united states.

It was difficult to get great photos but there were plenty of opportunities. There are several nooks and crannies with little displays in addition to the cars. Several scenes help give background to the car culture.

The bus section was a weird and enjoyable addition. Didn't really expect to enjoy buses but we did.

A special exhibit was underway on British motorcycles which we really neat. Less story there but still engaging.

Not overwhelmingly large and although we didn't have any kids with us the ones we saw there seemed to be engaged. There is an area where the kids and climb on cars and play.
