A creation of the American Antique Car Association, it also includes the very interesting Museum of Bus Transportation: quite a few full-size buses as well as models, it also features the little Valentine Diner. The auto section includes a nice selection of cars from inception through the 60’s, set in American scenic vignettes typifying each decade. There are also some motorcycles and other vehicles, plus special shows (currently 100 years of Chevy history). We particularly loved the tons of vehicle models, toys, posters and assorted memorabilia, for example there are large cases full of period hood ornaments. You don't have to be a car freak to find something to enjoy here. Also, picture taking is encouraged.
What we missed: Model train room is open only 1st Saturday of each month, plus Xmas holiday period.
