Tonight we dined at Fenicci's, one of our favorite restaurants. Our server was very overwhelmed, but thankfully, Melissa and Susie came to the rescue. They served our food, got us water and even corrected our bill. We are glad that Melissa and Susie were there, they always provide great service and are very friendly.

We were in Hershey for the day to visit the obvious attractions and found Fenicci's for dinner based upon TripAdvisor reviews. If you are in Hershey I would definitely recommend a visit. The menu has so many option that it will be difficult to choose, but all of the food that I saw looked great. The interior is slightly dated in comparison to the exterior but it seems authentic since the restaurant has been around for many years. Service was great and everything was reasonably priced.

A family of four, we ordered two appetizers--we received garlic cheese bread which consisted of two sub rolls toasted with garlic butter and with plasticky melted cheese on top with red sauce on the side. The 14 dollar seafood appetizer was advertised with foccacia crostini. For the entire table and a moderately sized bowl of clams, mussels, and shrimp, we received only two tiny (1.5 x4 inch ) pieces of bread. When we complained, the server told us that the chef said it was market value and that if we wanted more we'd have to pay two dollars. The chef also sent out bbq sauce instead of the ranch we requested with our son's meal. We ordered two appetizers, a carafe of wine, two kids' meals, and a meat trio upside down pizza. We were treated like crap and will never go back. The server apologized several times. STUFF COSTS WAY TOO MUCH IN HERSHEY TO PUT UP WITH SNARKY ATTITUDES--GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT.

After a long day in Hershey park, we wanted a sit down place in town. We didn't leave Chocolate World until 7:30 pm and many places closed by 9 pm on Tuesdays. Fenicci's was open to 11 pm and served us a good, filling meal before our drive back to Maryland. The marinara sauce was very good-not too sweet but not too tart. My boys (8 and11) had pasta, I had eggplant parm and my husband had a sausage dish. We enjoyed them all. I thought they had a nice, wide-ranging menu. The rolls and salads were good as well. The prices were very reasonable. Our server was very good and efficient. All in all, a very nice end to day at the park. If you are in Hershey and looking for a sit down option that kids will like, this is it.

Overcooked pasta drowned in olive oil that was so bland it might as well have been Crisco, topped with sauteed sliced onions and white mushrooms is not Pasta Primavera in any Italian cookbook I ever saw. Our grandchildren loved the place, but their idea of Italian food is spaghetti with butter.
