The Circular Room was recently renovated as was their menu and dress code. The white tablecloths have been replaced with placements, and men no longer need jackets. The service was great. The appetizer menu is extensive. We had the charcuterie plate which was more than enough for two. The Hershey's Kiss martini is delicious. My husband had the special which was blackened red snapper. It wasn't as spicy as the blackened fish he usually has. My salmon was moist and flaky. The ala carte mushrooms were outstanding and enough for two. We enjoyed the sugar and spike dessert, especially the rum raisin ice cream. A surprise delicious bite is the sea salt carmel boxed as a take home gift.
The room has large windows which provide a great view. The edges of the windows are painted with various birds and branches. There is a large bar in the center of the room. The pastry chef prepares his creations in the front of the bar area. It was a quiet relaxing atmosphere where we could talk without having to shout at each other. It's a bit expensive for family dining.
