Parking depends when you visit. Weekends or holidays are a bit messy. I have driven by on some days and seen parking overflowed to the service roads.
Even on a normal day, some parts of the lot are full while others are bare. On normal days, spaces are few near the Starbucks/Subway but you can get a space anywhere else. My advice is to park in the center and walk a bit. If the walk is too far, move your car but keep in the open areas. Early and weekday shopping is best.
Store selection is pretty decent but they do not have the same set of stores as Tanger Lancaster. They have a great online presence to plan your trip so take advantage of that - you can plan to visit this or other Outlet Malls based on your preferred stores.
Prices and deals at the stores vary but I can recommend Bass Shoes and Brooks Brothers for service and selection.

We went to Hershey for 4 days after Christmas. Weren't planning on shopping while on vacation. There was a 45 minute wait one night for us to eat at the Red Robin restaurant, so my husband suggested we walk the outlets. Time spent wisely. We made it to Under Armor, Express, Children's Place, Gap, and a few other stores. Lucked out because of extended hours, we only got there at 9 pm and stores were still open, not crowded at all. Sales were huge. My 5 year old needed a new winter jacket. Bought one in the Gap, originally $65, 1/2 off, the already reduced price. We bought it for $22.00 Just happened to be at the right place at the right time! Good location too...Too bad we didn't have time to visit the Coach Store! We were paged by the Red Robin by that time, worth it f you have the extra time!

Normal ranger outlet except there was not one single open spot available. That goes to show how good of a location this appears to be for this area. Of course this close to Christmas all stores have extended hours and they were fairly busy today/tonight as we shopped. Staffers were friendly in all the stores we went in. Found some jeans in old navy for .97! Normally $20! So paid for us to shop there!
