This restaurant is in a small strip next to a gas station which made me nervous - just did not look good plus central PA for Italian food......We had a party of 8 including 4 kids. We made a reservation earlier in the day and were seated on time when we arrived. The service was rather horrible.....very slow getting drink orders, then the same painful slow process ordering food....must have been there 40 minutes before we actually ate which is a bit of a buzz kill at 9pm after a long day of travel and an amusement park and did I mention four hungry kids.
When the food finally did arrive it was good, shockingly good. Our table had a few kid entrees and a mix of pasta dishes, we even liked the bread which says a lot as the men at our table are Italians from Brooklyn and bread is sacred to them. We ordered several desserts and the chocolate cake was the most popular. Another service note - I actually had to move plates to clear room for the desserts because the waiter never got around to it. Please please please train your staff better.
