I was very impressed by this botanical garden. They have various flowers and trees from all over the world that are growing and thriving in this park. They have a California redwood, huge Japanese bonsai, and even an enormous Christmas tree from Siberia! (Would love to know how they got it here!) They also had a beautiful butterfly garden and wry pretty water fountains shaped like Hershey kisses, twizzlers, etc. A must see-both with kids and without!

This started out as a rose garden and has grown to include other types of flowers and trees. It even has a children's garden with a butterfly house! Most of the plants have labels which I really like. When we visited all the roses were in bloom and you are encouraged to walk on the grass, to get close to the plants so can smell the flowers and take pics. What your visit will be like all depends on the timing!

Enjoyed the children's garden with the butterfly exhibit. My son got to see butterflies hatching from their chrysalis. We also liked the Japanese garden.

Great way to spend a few hours. We went on a beautiful, clear day. The gardens are well worth a trip and a great way to spend a few hours. Great children's garden to.
