My husband and I took our girls and had a great time. There is so much to do. Between the dry rides and the water park, we had a blast. Only negative of our trip was my daughter's slipper fell off into the grassy area while she was on the swings. We informed the ride operator, who really didn't see it as her problem and pretty much told us that maintenance would show up to get it whenever they could. Of course this did not happen. We ended up buying another pair. Also, we were setting up to take pictures with the Jolly Rancher character, and he/she just walked away. Left my girls stunned and disappointed. Anyway, didn't allow that to ruin an otherwise good trip.

This park has everything. Little kid rides, big kid rides, and great water rides. There is also a zoo, that was just marginal, but it did allow for a change of pace which was good. The refillable souvenir cups were a great bargain. The characters seemed enthusiastic. The park is very large so allow at least 2 days. We visited on weekdays and the lines weren't bad at all. Didn't really get a chance to go to the shows.

I use to come here as a child and teenager at least once a year. It's been about 7 years since our last visit and this was the first trip with my 18 month old daughter, 10 year old nephew, 7 year old niece, our friends and their 5 year old son.

We were here on a Sunday, during prime season, so crowds were expected. Actually they weren't much of a problem with the exception of the water park area, and bathroom/changing room lines. Ride wait times were reasonable. Most of the kiddie rides had only a 5-10 min wait time. We waited longer to use the restroom than the rides! The longest line of the day was for the boat bridge splash ride at just over an hour.

The water park was big disappointed to us. Let's start out with the disgusting bathrooms and changing areas...so nasty! They need to do a better job cleaning in there and seriously fix the ventilation system. It was stifling hot and stinky in there with no fresh air being pumped in at all. No fans running or anything. The grounds in this area were dirty, and given that you are barefoot some of the time here, it's just gross. The slide and splash pool was closed down due to feces in the water. Ewww! Put a swim diaper and then a plastic cover over it people! The water was also freezing cold! I mean on a hot day it was refreshing to me but our young kids didn't like it. It was also too crowded to really enjoy it. I had to yell at older kids for knocking into my baby more than twice. There is also no shade whatsoever in the water park. Prepare to bake. It would be nice if they would put up some canopies or umbrellas. Water shoes were not allowed in the splash pools or on the slides, which is also grosses me out because in order to get into them you still have to walk on dirty ground that thousands of other people have been walking on.

As for the rest of the park...it was clean. There were plenty of rides for all of the ages of kids in our group to enjoy. We did have a good time!

What we didn't like was that the rides are not grouped. Its clear that they just expanded this park by putting things wherever they could fit them, but the poor planning on their part is a definite inconvenience for paying guests. I would have liked to have seen all the rides for miniatures to be in the same area. With toddlers it can be challenging locating the rides they can actually go on. Also the park is very difficult to navigate in general. Finding specific rides, and the entrances to them wastes so much time! The park has signs for areas of the park, but not for specific rides. They should definitely add signage for the coasters and other main attraction rides to make this easier. Also the staff doesn't know where things are either. We asked four different staff members to help us find something, and all four gave us different and wrong directions! We ended up having to download the app for Hershey park on our cell phones, which was way more helpful than their lousy maps, signs, and uniformed staff. Also we felt their should be staff available to answer questions or monitor guest behaviors throughout the park. No one wants to bother the ride attendees or food staff with issues or concerns. The other issue we had while visiting was a difficult time finding and locating

food for our baby. The park doesn't allow outside food, other than sealed water bottles to be brought in, yet we couldn't find food items that were healthy and appropriate for the youngest guests. Our baby doesn't eat burgers, hotdogs, chicken tenders, or fries. She doesn't drink soda or sports drinks. We felt our daughter definitely didn't get her nutritional needs met while here because we couldn't find appropriate options. Apparently staff is aware this is an area lacking at this park, because several of them made comments to us about how they hear these complaints frequently and that they are sorry there aren't better options. We did find a fruit stand at the very end of our day but we could have used it at lunch or dinner time! Having a better way of marking on their map toddler friendly eating options would be helpful. Also, they should just offer things like yogurt cups, fruit cups, cheese sticks at all the eating establishments which would ensure that all guests can eat and find what they need at each eating spot. I can't imagine that it would be too difficult to add peanutbutter and jelly, grilled cheese sandwhiches, Mac n cheese, and some cooked veggie options to some of these places. Also worth noting is the very high prices for sub par food. $7.50 for a cheese quesadilla is ridiculous. I mean come on its a flour tortilla and some cheese, and they really skimped on the cheese too! You can buy enough materials to make at least six of these yourself at home. The slow service everywhere was also really annoying. People pay a lot of money to come here for the day and we do not want our time wasted! I. Waited 10 minutes at Rita's with only two people in front of me!

Ride attendees should also be making sure every seat is filled. We saw over and over again rides being run with no one in carts or just one person In a cart meant for up to four, yet there are people waiting in line! Everyone could enjoy more rides and less wait time if they would just run them at full capacity.

We will come back, but will try to do so during the week and at a less crowded time. Overall, I prefer Dutch wonderland for kids under 10, and Dorney Park for the water park.

Great hospitality, pleasant hosts, rides for everyone. We loved the boardwalk for cool down on a hot day. My family had an awesome experience.

There is so much to do that you need to stay at the hotel! You can even make your own chocolate bar!
