Just went this past weekend, tend to go off season as it is a little cheaper and less crowded, Lines for roller coasters almost nonexsistent. Usually have a good time with the kids and grandkids and the rides are always in great shape and well mantained. My only real complaint is the price for everything once you get inside, they don't let you bring anything not even a bottle of water (they get three dollars a bottle inside) I would think you make enough money that you could charge less than $10.50 or whatever it was for a cold cheeseburger, fries and a pepsi. Two dollars and fifty cents for a two ounce bag of chips, four dollars for a cup of lemon water. All in all a great way to spend the day and the grandkids had fun which is the important thing but the prices are a bit of a downer.

We have been here two times and we love it. We may be in our fifties but we can have fun at an amusement park with a water park. Be prepared for lots of walking and fun.

Unlike many theme parks, Hersheypark is relatively compact, so that the rides are often interwoven. In a day of theme park riding, this substantially cuts down on the hiking all over the park that can accompany a visit to better known theme parks.

Very clean park. Perfect for all ages. Something for everyone.
They charge for parking so check with your hotel to see if there is a shuttle to the park.

Overpriced, overcrowded and understaffed. For as wonderful of a little town Hershey, PA is, their main attraction is a nightmare. It is very apparent that the main goal is to make as much cash as possible.

Parking fees + park fee for a family of 4 is well over $200. That is even before you realize that there will be a loooong wait to get on any of the rides.

The rides themselves are good.

I would recommend hitting up local grocery stores or hotels in the area. They often have discount coupons available.

But would highly recommend driving 1 more hour and going to Knoebel's
