“Very delicious and fun thing to do”
Reviewed November 15, 2012

I really enjoyed visiting Hershey's World of Chocolate. I only wish I had time to see all the attractions. I really liked making my own candy bar! And I also learned quite a bit about Hershey and how generous the company is and Milton Hershey was. Lots of shopping and lots of calories :-) all in all a fun thing to do.

“Very pleasing aromas”
Reviewed November 15, 2012

Have been going to Hershey's Chocolate World since the day it opened. Don't remember how many times we have been on the chocolate ride (sometimes 5 times in one day). Enjoy the trolley rides, the lunches, the 3-D theater, and just walking around the chocolate atmosphere.

“Wonderful Time in Chocolate World”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

First time at Chocolate World and I can say it was a really experience. I had my mother and a 6 & 12 year old and everyone had a great time. I did most of everything you could do at Hershey’s.

Hershey’s Trolley Works Tour:
The Hershey’s Trolley Works Tour was a great attraction of the Hershey’s Chocolate World. The Conductors were great and gives you a story about Hershey’s Chocolate with a funny twist. Great tour for everyone. The Tour was around Hershey’s plant, Hershey’s Park, and houses around the community.

Hershey’s Great American Chocolate Tour Ride:
This was a great way to educate how chocolate is made and what the end product looks like. The line moves quickly and once inside a car that holds 8, you begin your trip in Hershey World. A great free tour for all ages.

Hershey’s Create your own Candy Bar Attraction:
This was the highlight of the whole Hershey’s experience. Not only did you get to select the ingredients of your candy bar but watch it being made. It was really the best Tour at Hershey’s. As your Candy Bar is cooling, you make your wrapper to go around the tin container. You could select what color, pictures, ect to your wrapper. A must do on your Trip. And the Candy Bar was soo good.

Hershey’s Chocolate Tasting Adventure
A great way to learn how to taste chocolate and a little history. Felt a little rushed and not a great choice with young kids. Have to open candy bars and if helping little ones you get behind and don’t hear everything. It’s amazing how everyone taste something different with the same candy bar.

Hershey’s Really Big 3D Show:
This was great for kids as the Hershey’s Really Big 3D Show was a blast for all ages. Kids under 3 might be a bit scared by the special effects. Only draw back was the focus of the screen with the glasses, maybe I was too close. A new version was coming soon to this outdated 3D Show but it was a great surprise.

Hershey’s Kisses packaging:
This event is great for kids and gives them a hands on approach of working in a factory.

Food Court
Pricey depending on the food choice. I had some of the best Turkey plate meal. Was like having Thanksgiving in the summer.

Market Place
Be prepared to spend some money on candy and gifts. They had something for everyone.

Parking was free if you participated in one of Hershey’s Worlds Attractions. They do keep you moving along if you do multiple attractions and its on time. Great day!!

“great place to go with the kids”
Reviewed November 11, 2012

Ok i go to here a lot because it is free and because of the animatronic ride and the free chocolate at the end of the ride. Yes it is all all about the milk, but give me free chocolate any day. I have not done the chocolate tasting but i hear it is great experience to do. Once a year we do the REALLY BIG 3D SHOW and it is still just as cute as the first time i saw it. We have done the trolley ride a few times and it was very entertaining each time we did it. I bring all ages 4 to 19 yrs with me when i go and yes i have done the "make your own chocolate bar experience", <<< FOR THIS BRING A CAMERA!!!!! allow at least 45 to and hour for this, lots of choices to make a bar. And please dont forget the animatronic ride it is great and you learn all about chocolate on the ride. The gift shops here has different items then the park does. Oh if you want ICE CREAM then head to the back of the shop. At xmas time you can take a great pic with a santa, yes we have used it for our xmas pic it was that good. What we do is mom shops while we explore and then find mom later, usually at closing time. Yes they charge for the extra stuff and it is a little on the high side but i think for the value it is well worth it.

PS I got a cake here over by the make your own chocolate, and the cake was 4.5 out of 5 stars great, moist, and good.
