We stayed at the Hotel Hershey for 2 days and one night in Novemeber. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is well appointed and comfortable. The restaurants are good but not great- the service is so-so but it is probably difficult to find great help in that area. We had an ok dinner at Trevi 5- food was bland. Breakfast buffet in the Circular Dining room was decent but not exceptional, I wish I would have ordered off of the regular menu. I had a facial at the spa. I was disappointed with the service. The spa was dated and worn (peeling wallpaper, stained fabric furniture etc). The waiting rooms were small and the furniture wasn't comfortable. The technican seemed like a novice- she sprayed me with water every time she used the sink, she didn't cover my hair, it wasn't the experience that I was hoping for. All in all the hotel is nice and it's a good getaway- don't expect amazing food or an incredible spa. They have a little bit of everything and it's good not great.
