In a shopping center, the restaurant has an extensive menu for take-outs, but there are tables where customers can sit and eat. We were there around 6:45 p.m., and only customers who ate in. There were several customers (seemingly regulars) who came for their orders. There was also a guy who delivered orders. Through the opened counter, one can see their entire kitchen, apparently ran by the husband and wife, a young woman their daughter helped out with orders, and a young boy, the son played outside of the restaurant. They are Cantonese, as I asked them. Menu items are in pint or quart size. We ordered spring rolls which were reasonably tasty, not greasy. Fried duck was on top of some vegetables was not bad. All in all, it is a value restaurant. They provided paper plates, plastic ware if eat in. Their disposable chopsticks were the best I have seen at any restaurant of this sort. Very sturdy and solid, good size round chopsticks and clean finished, no splinters like others.
