The service is average and the breakfast items are good. They offer coupons on Restaurant.com which saves you money.

Very pleasant discovery, we never had visited a Perkins before this, it rivals and surpasses Cracker Barrel in many dishes. Their pancakes are the only thing not as good as CB but the eggs and sausage and hash browns are amazing and well prepared. We have found a new place.

I went to Perkins on Saturday morning for breakfast. The waitress was extremely friendly...she was the best part of breakfast. The coffee was bitter...almost undrinkable. The food was just average. My eggs were cold and my hashbrown potatoes were lukewarm. The sausage gravy was overly seasoned. There was just too much pepper in it. I am from a southern family and I know that sausage gravy is supposed to be a bit peppery, but this was just too much. I probably will not go back.

Our waitress (the pregnant one) was really nice and friendly to the kids. The soup and salad combo was a very generous portion. It took a longer time than expected to get our food since it was after 9 pm and the restaurant was nearly empty. The children's Mac and cheese could have been better.
The cookies that came with the kids meals were delicious! Even better than Hershey Park's "fresh" baked cookies.

While staying at the HIE across the street, we decided to eat dinner there the first night. Pleasantly surprised. We will return when we are in the area.
