Cribari's needs to take a course in customer service and restaurant management. We had reservations for 7:30pm and were there on time. Two other parties were standing in front of us waiting to be seated. Well, Cribari's messed up a reservation for the 8 in front of us, so they made people WHO WERE ALREADY EATING, move to another table. The hostess told us "we are running a Valentines Day special, so it's taking people longer to eat. Sorry." That was the last time we saw her. At 8:05pm, we left and went to Appalachian Brewing Company and were seated immediatly. No apology, nothing. My boyfriend and I will NOT be going back. It's a shame. Good job Cribari's. You lost our business and the other 3 parties that walked out before we did.
