My sister and I stayed for two nights...the staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was fabulous...hot breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, lots of cereal, yogurt and fruits...good for the price. There are nice restaurants and fast food for anyone who does not want to eat there though.

No bed bugs.....!!!

Ugh. I have over 30 bed bug bites. Management was very nice about it (refunded my stay) but I will never stay there again.

They have an indoor pool, which was heated, but there is some "scum" on the edge where people have etched graffiti. Ick.

Breakfast bar could be OK - nice variety - but the night we were there, there was a girls' sports team staying there and they cleaned out the food 15 minutes before the bar closed - and the breakfast bar hostess had a surly attitude (snarled at me when I asked for syrup) and she didn't replenish anything even though breakfast was to continue for another 15 minutes.

All the (good) reviews are true.
We had a smoking room and were apprehensive about that, but it turned out to be just like a non smoking regular room. The only drawback was the hallways were chalkfull of smoke.
Breakfast was included and was great.

We stopped there for one night and the location is good, just opposite the outlet mall. Price of the hotel is good and the room is clean although it is not in mint condition. The complimentary breakfast is good overall with choices. The rooms are clean and quiet. An enjoyable stay.

I stayed in this hotel a few years ago, while on a shopping trip with some friends. My recent visit, with my husband, was not as pleasant. Service and cleanliness have deteriorated greatly. We checked in rather late, but were not concerned because we had booked our room several months in advance. The room we were shown was a disgrace. The jacuzzi tub had a filthy ring around it and clearly had not been cleaned after the last guests had used it. The young man who was working the desk did not seem too disturbed by this fact and gave us a different room, smaller but at a lower rate, like this was some great compensation. Of course it will be at a lower rate. The room was smaller. We found a disposable cup of milk in the fridge, left behind by the previous guests, which really made us wonder whether anyone actually cleans these rooms. The bath towels were small and threadbare. The carpet was old and didn't seem to have an underpad or if it did it was very worn and it always seemed damp and cold, as well. Would I stay at this proerty again...no. It's too bad. It used be to be quite nice and appeared well managed.

We had to stay in this area for one night for an event which included extended family. Our review is a complete mix of good and bad.

The rooms are comfortable, although showing age. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold. The elevator is a tight squeeze. Our hallway which had all non-smoking rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes and spray to cover it up.
All of our rooms got mixed up--we were given keys to a room with another person's name written on the front. We finally straightened out the payment part on our own, but it was not a great first front desk experience.
One room's phone did not work and when it was reported, nothing was done about it. However, the next morning when asking for directions, we received a great response and got 2 vouchers for free appetizers at the local Iron Bridge Inn in Mercer, PA which is great. There are only a few dining choices near the hotel, so check out brochures or just be prepared to drive a few miles to find something suitable for your party. The Grove City outlets are just across the street and worth checking out. For a one-night stay it was fine, but I would not pay full price to stay here or stay for an extended time.

This Comfort Inn is directly across from the Outlet Mall and convenient to many restaurants. The hotel was good except that the cleaners miss the corners. The water there is terrible tasting so bring bottled water. The breakfast looked OK but we went to the King's restaurant right next door for delicious food, clean and friendly.
