Old spring-mattress sagged about 4 inches in the middle; bed pillows were tiny; refrigerator had hair in it. On top of that, there were a number of smaller issues, such as no batteries in the TV remote and a poorly designed shower/bath with no surfaces for soap/shampoo, etc. When I asked to be switched to a different room, I was told that there were no more rooms at that rate, and that switching to another room would "cost a lot more."
Location (just off 81) is the only redeeming factor, along with a receptionist whose friendliness unfortunately has no effect the room's quality.
Will not return. If the price of the room was $60, the quality of this hotel might be passable. However, when I pay more than $100 for a room, I expect quality to match, and that a small percentage would be devoted toward replacing the mattress more often than once every 20 years. I would give a 0 star if possible.More
