This hotel was great. Rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable and well appointed. Super comfortable pillow top bed, flat screen TV. Desk work area with LOTS of plugs (phone, computer chargers).

Hotel staff had a bit of an attitude, but were generally okay.

Concordville Inn is on property to provide room service. There is a omelet station, with chef, at the breakfast. The breakfast is full service.

The surrounding area has lots of services and restaurants (mostly chains).

Room Tip: Some rooms have Jacuzzis.

I was there for a business training. The staff make you feel very important and right at home. The restaurant is a direct pathway from the second floor out the back of the hotel and up some stairs and the food is terrific.
The foyer is beautiful with a winding staircase leading up to the balcony type breakfast dining on second floor. And they have an omellete chef!

The only con is that the walls are paper thin. You can hear entire conversations. Try not to have any secret talks in your room at anything above a whisper. Or bring snacks and listen in on your neighbors

My girlfriend and I needed a place to stay two nights while some work was being done at our house, and gladly chose this Best Western. It is very clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I loved the high ceilings in our king room and the bed provided some of the best sleep we've had in a long while. The continental breakfast is one of the best I've ever experienced, and on weekdays there is even a made-to-order omelet guy. It was a great two day getaway, even though we were only 8 miles from our house. This will definitely be the hotel we recommend if we ever have any out of town guests needing a place.

My wife and I and 10 other friends just returned from a New Years Eve gala, dinner, dancing and overnight stay at this hotel for the second straight year. It is a winner across the board you will enjoy immensely.

The Hotel was beautifully upgraded in 2011 and its shining marble throughout sparkles.

The rooms are spacious, clean and stylish. The staff service is excellent. The New Year's Eve gala was fabulous and the Hotel has an excellent restaurant to boot.

Located conveneniently in the Brandywine Valley just a short distance from the Philadelphia Airport this hotel earns every bit of its Best Western Plus rating - it truly will be a plus for you too!
