elaine, chantelle, gabby, and erika were the best. their customer service is award winning. check in was fast and friendly. the breakfast was great (wish there was bacon or sausage to go with the fresh made waffles) chantelle kept the breakfast area stocked and clean. elaine, gabby, and erika gave great directions to points of interest and advice about area attractions. the pool was very nice but i wish it was bigger and with a hot tub. all in all we had a great time.

We are certainly glad you chose to stay with us, and that our team was able to meet your needs! I have much respect for each and every staff member, and what they do, and they all give 110% We apologize we could not provide you with Bacon or Sausage during your stay, but we are going to a Hot Breakfast in early 2013 (scrambled eggs/sausage patties), so please be sure to visit us again.

Chantele did an awesome job keeping the breakfast area well provisioned through a very heavily trafficked time.

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming.

The cleaning staff was unobtrusively efficient.

Overall a wonderful experience.

I am so proud of our entire Staff, and the effort they put forth to work as a team. Their drive to "WOW" each and every Guest is motivated not by earning a pay check, but doing what they love to do.

The most striking feature of this clean, comfortable hotel was the staff, in particular Susha and Alisa at the front desk. Unlike far too many in the service businesses who seem to search for every reason to say no, Susha and Alisa kept searching for ways to accommodate our requests. There were over 30 parents and players (U13 Boys) attending a soccer tourney nearby.and so there were several and varied requests for assistance, beds and so forth. In every instance we were helped and always with a smile or a quip. A case in point was when I requested a rollaway upon check-in. As soon as I opened the door to my room, there was the guy with the bed and sheets and blankets. Special shout out also to Ronny the sales manager for his prompt assistance and flexibility in setting up our bookings.. With so many mini constituencies, it could not have been easy for them, but the staff made us all feel that they enjoyed helping us. Thanks everyone..

Room Tip: Rooms on either end are quieter.

This place has a great staff.
The front desk (Elaine, Susha, Alisa, Gabby and the rest) staff is friendly and helpful.
Great service was also provided by Andre, David, Billie, Ronnie, Stan, Omyra and the rest.
Clean rooms, breakfast, great service, easy access location and many others make this a great place to stay.

If you are in need of a clean hotel with out any special features or perks then give this location a try. The staff are all very friendly, special mention goes out to Elaine for always remembering my name when I'm checking in or coming in for the evening. She is always smiling and makes you feel at home. The rooms are a bit small and that goes for the bathroom too. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is nothing special but enough to get your day started.

My only real complaint is the staff here seem to be powerless in terms of giving you an upgraded room. I travel nearly every week and have been Marriott Platinum for probably 10+ years. Every other Marriott hotel offers me room upgrades, whether its a suite or a room on the concierge level. Here, I can't even get them to "upgrade" me to a room with a king size bed.

Room Tip: rooms on the top floor are quieter although the elevator is very slow.

I thank you for your loyalty to Marriott! Your years of being a Plat. Rewards Member are recognized, and I thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to leave a comment regarding your experience with us. With regards to Room Upgrades, I will look into this further. Many times, due to High Occupancy, physcial Room Upgrades are not always possible. Typical reasons why we cannot upgrade are unexpected Rooms go Out Of Order, or current In-House Guests extend their stays. Nevertheless, this is not our Guests challenge, but ours, and we will resolve this issue to the best of our ability. I will inform Elaine about your positive comments!

When we checked in, we were greated by ms. Susha and ms. Elaine. They were extremely wonderful and a lot of help. The staff is very good at what they do. We are staying for about a month and it has been a pleasure to stay here! It felt like home.

I will pass your positive comments onto Susha and Elaine! I have said it many times before, but our Staff are not only Trained in Customer Service Skills, but they embrace the training, and set personal goals on meeting all of our Guests needs.

We stayed at this hotel because our power was out. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Our fourth floor room was clean and quiet. The temperature was great and the controls were easy to adjust. The bedding was comfortable with a wide variety of pillows. Wireless internet access was easy and consistent. The refrigerator was nice with the freezer seperate from the refrigerator section. We only had coffee but the breakfast looked and smelled great. Our exit was easy and quick. All staff members were friendly.

Room Tip: Room on back side of hotel are quieter. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
