WE spent the afternoon here, we took the tour , wine testing and picnic lunch.
We had a great time, the place is build to look like a castle, it sits on top of a hill and offers great views of the vineyard and the Delaware river. The wine tasting is great they offer 10 different wines to taste they are all good, they explain all about the wine and pair them with different foods to enhance the flavors of the wine. they are very friendly, enjoyed the whole experience and have a better understanding of how wine is made and which one to choose.

We did a cool Groupon here for a food and wine pairing class. We learned a lot, enjoyed some great wines, and had a nice day. We look forward to going back for another class in the future.

Our neighborhood has a annual wine tour, and this year it was Bucks County. Sand Castle was the first stop, and did not disappoint. Wonderful relaxed and informative presentation, coupling spices, chocolate, and others foods to compliment the wines. Neat location, left with a warm appreciation of this WInery

We purchased this on a living social deal and it was well worth the money. The tour was short but informative, the tasting was fantastic. The staff was friendly and quick but you didn't feel rushed. They explained their product and prices but you were also not pressure to purchase anything. We enjoyed a small anack after the tasting that was simple but satisfying. I can not wait to heat up their Alpine Spice wine on a cold winter night!

It is a beautiful drive along the Delaware River to Erwinna. The tour guide was very informative on the short tour. We tasted 12 different wines, some with chocolate pairings and 1 with a spicy pairing. Our tour guide did a very nice job. We went on a Friday, early afternoon, and it was not crowded, about 10 people in our group. I would imagine that weekends can be a bit crazy. We had a deal including a cheese, cracker, and cold cut plate that was very nice for the price. The standard tour/tasting is $8@. If you live in the area check groupon, livingsocial, and the like for deals. Their wine tends to be on the sweet side, but they do have some dry and medium dry wines.
