My wife and I stayed here just for one night on our way back home. It is a very nice modern themed hotel. Checked in with no hassels, pleasant check in staff. Room was on third floor off elevator, quiet hotel with no noise, well marked, easy to find everything, free wifi with no issues getting online. The hotel is located behind part of the mall along with 2 other hotels. If you have never been to Erie it is a very congested busy area of town. Plenty of stores, restaurants and people. Also construction going on along Peach Street didnt help but a freat hotel in a solid location with easy access to malls, stores and highway. Our room was large, king bed, nice clean bathroom, full kitchen, big tv with lots of channels. We didnt use the pool of workout centre but did have breakfast there in the morning. Simple breakfast.....bagels, muffins, cereal, waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee. Nothing fancy but perfect for what you need. Would stay there again in a minute.

This was our first stay at a TownePlace Suite hotel. I think it will likely be our last.

Th location of the hotel is difficult to find (GPS alone will not get your there). The hotel itself is at the back of a large mall parking lot and the GPS will only get you to the entrance of the mall, not the hotel.

The room is a suite style with kitchenette and small fridge. The room is quite small, with a king sized bed and a pull out sofa. With both open, you actually cannot walk around the place. Trying to sleep a family of four is almost impossible (we ended up having one sleep on the floor due to the small size of the sofa bed). The bathroom is tiny, the layout of the room is also odd.

If you only have two people, maybe this would work for you, but for the price we paid, it was a bit steep.

Try to stay at a residence inn instead, you will get more of what you paid for.

Thank you for the honest and insightful review of our hotel. The location is a bit hard to find. The road we are now locate on was built after the hotel. Getting a business address changed has proven to be a daunting task. However, we are endeavoring to get it done! The suites are typically rated high in design and we are sorry it did not meet the needs of your family! We also offer a two bedroom suite that may be more suited to a family! Please come back and try us again!

My husband and I wanted to celebrate my birthday with a nite out without the kids we are both in our early 30s and were having a hard time finding a place due to some events in erie all hotels were mostly full and over priced. We cked here and a first it was going to be too much but when one of the Directors saw us leave she offered us a much better rate! We were thrilled she said it was my birthday so here! Not only did we get an amazing quiet fully stocked room but the staff even slipped a birthday card under our door with a gcard to the theater! The room was spotless and I am very picky I usually bring my own cleaning supplies for the bathrooms but I had no issue here what so ever. The breakfast was much better than most other hotels offer! Included waffles and yogurt! We will deffinatly stay here again and have told most of our family and friends what an amazing and comfortable hotel this is! Just Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Nice, clean rooms..really liked the mini kitchen (great for preparing food while traveling with 15 month old). The staff was very friendly & helpful with questions about places to go. We enjoyed using grill out on patio-ate outside every night! We are planning to come back next year & stay for a whole week. Again, clean & friendly atmosphere-we've told family & friends how much we enjoyed our stay!

The room was very large, clean, and modern. There was a small kitchenette that was well equipped. It seems that this hotel is geared for the extended stay clientele. There were BBQs outside for the guests to use, as well a large patio and outdoor furniture Overall sleep comfort was above average.

There was a very nice pool and gym facilities on this property.

We forgot to put the "do not disturb" sign on our door as we arrived late and wanted to get some sleep. Housekeeping kept knocking on our door at around 8:00 A.M. I found this to be quite annoying as this is a bit early for them to be showing up - housekeeping ought to be cleaning rooms based on the guest check-out list at a more reasonable time.

Parking lot was well lit which provided a sense of security when unpacking your vehicle at night.

There are a lot of decent restaurants in the area, though they are not really within walking distance. Smokey Bones is an excellent choice. I wish there was something a bit closer to the hotel so we didn't have to drive.

This next point is not the hotels problem per se, though guests unfamiliar with the area should take note. I found that my GPS did not navigate me well to the 2090 Interchange Road address very well. Coming in off the highway and driving across the very large and dark shopping mall parking lot it was only by chance that I found this particular hotel in a very short period of time. Drive all the way to the NW corner of the shopping mall complex. This hotel is tucked behind the Homewood suites and Fairfield by Marriot.

We were so pleased to read your review of our property. Your comments were helpful and we are working to change our GPS coordinates. The road we are now located on was not built at the time the hotel opened. It seems that an act of Congress is needed to fix this issue! However, we are trying! We are pleased that you enjoyed the suites! They are great! Please visit us again soon!
