“Amusement Park for the Grandparents to Enjoy!”
Reviewed March 17, 2013

I have taken out children often over the years to amusement parks, but their grandparents don't like to go because it is so expensive for them to get in the park and then just walk around or sit and watch the grandkids. At Knoebel's there is NO ENTRANCE fee and NO PARKING fee -- so bring the grandparents along for the day! There are many "old time" rides they may enjoy, air conditioned shops, concession areas, AND lots of shade trees :) Well worth the drive for a day of fun for everyone. (I bring a school group of teenagers here every other year and they love it!)

“Free Parking and admission”
Reviewed March 11, 2013

Family owned. Separate area for kids rides. Good food at resonable prices. Lots of trees for shade. Large pool. Own campground within walking distance to park. Take the train ride around the park. This park is just like parks were years ago. They give a good product at a very fair price. I believe they now own the golf course near the park.

“We Come Back Year After Year”
Reviewed March 2, 2013

It's almost a four hour drive but we LOVE Knoebels. I read a review when my kids were little and decided to check it out. The place is a lovely throwback to what I remember of Amusement Parks when I was a kid. Nestled in the woods, it spreads out with the park, campground and crystal pool area. Price are very reasonable and best of all- it's free to get in. So if you just want to let the kids enjoy the rides you dont have to pay a fortune to watch. You can also bring in a cooler and food and enjoy the picnic area. Staff are all very friendly. Love the haunted mansion and brass ring merry go round. Check the website for discount times and days.
