“Decent food. Good fries.”
Reviewed October 25, 2013

Their signature food is their rhino fries which are extremely good but terrible for you. They have plenty of seating and are usually busy on the weekends. Good service and usually clean.

“Drive a few more minutes to Hershey”
Reviewed October 23, 2013

Atmosphere is a 50's diner that exploded. Noisy. Huge menu with all the usual stuff. On a Sunday evening the place was very busy, although that had acres more tables. Chicken as rubbery as I've encountered, Fish grilled tasteless and tough. My impression is that they have the wholesaler deliver everything frozen and they cover ineptitude with different sauces. The waitress confirmed with a laugh that there was no chef. Bartender had trouble with dry martinis. It's a college town, so opt for decent pizza. Or Hershey is not that far away.

“Drinks with the office”
Reviewed October 17, 2013

After work get-togethers with some co-workers and a few drinks sort of sum-up the experience. Service was slow. Drinks were watery. I probably wouldn't select TJ's for a personal outing.

“Good lunch, fast friendly service, big choice in brews.”
Reviewed October 8, 2013 via mobile

Stopped for a rainy mid-week lunch. Usually we come for warm, clear weekend nights outside on the deck - a must do but expect a wait.

Lunch was a nice change of pace. Good choice of soups, chili, salads, hamburgers and wraps if you want to keep it simple.

Highly recommend for a quick daytime stop or a large group full dinner.

“Disappointed with Wings - Again”
Reviewed October 7, 2013

I will preface this review by saying something good - my husband and I have been to Rockwell's many times over the years; with friends, family, coworkers, or just the two of us and 95% of the time, the food and service is good and worth going back for. And we find the deck to be a lot of fun. However, our experience with their takeout service (we usually order wings) has left a lot to be desired. Our recent experiences have included; the wait time for someone to pick up their takeout phone line is WAY too long, their wings keep get smaller and smaller (and not just on wing night!), and more than once we have been shorted wings (how hard is it to count to ten?) This past weekend, though, I was thoroughly disappointed with what we got and won't be coming back any time soon. Not only did they get the order wrong (we ordered medium but got the regular with no "heat" at all), plus they were tiny in size, partially cooked - a few were pink inside! and the ones that were cook didn't taste good at all. They were, by far, the worst wings we have had from any restaurant, ever! We didn't call the restaurant to let them know at the time because, quite frankly, we were hungry and didn't have the time or inclination to take them back for a replacement or refund, so we suffered through. But this will definitely cause us to stay away from Rockwell's for wings until they can assure that they have improved the quality of the food and accuracy of the order.
